HA Measuring by JINGYAO INSTRUMENT equips labs to build, test, fill and pack e-cigs, plus car, climate, sports, battery and furniture tests and charging aging cabinets.
After the battery has been fully charged in accordance with the test method specified in Section 4.5.1, place the battery on the wire mesh of the test fixture. If the battery slips off during the test, use a single metal wire to secure the battery sample to the wire mesh. If this does not occur, do not bundle the battery. Apply heat to the battery with a flame and stop heating when any of the following three conditions is met:
1. Battery explosion;
2. The battery is completely burned;
3. Continuous heating for 30 minutes, provided that the battery has neither caught fire nor exploded.
1. The test net is made of stainless steel, making it easy to clean and maintain.
2. The front of the enclosure features a visible tempered glass observation window.
3. A smoke exhaust sleeve is installed at the rear of the enclosure. It can be connected to an external exhaust duct to quickly discharge hot air generated during the test.
4. Ignition can be controlled remotely via a remote control.
The bottom of the protective compartment is equipped with universal casters for easy handling and positioning.
1. Ambient temperature: 10–30 °C
2. Ambient humidity: 60%
3. Combustion gas: liquefied petroleum gas or industrial methane (to be supplied by the customer)
1. Burner: Bunsen burner, with an inner diameter of 9.5 mm and an approximate length of 100 mm.
2. Flame application time: 0–999.9 seconds (±0.1 seconds)
3. Test circular hole surface diameter: 102 mm
4. Experimental mesh screen: A stainless steel mesh screen with 20 grids woven from wire with a diameter of 0.43 mm (0.017 inch) (as referenced in the United States standard).
5. Ignition controller: remote control ignition; automatic control of the test process.
6. Remote control distance: 10 meters (unobstructed)
7. Flame mesh sieve height: 38 mm
8. Test width of the octagonal mesh cover: distance between each side is 24" (610 mm). The structure is octagonal; all eight sides are movable for easy replacement and disassembly.
9. Test octagonal mesh cover height: 12" (305 mm)
10. Octagonal cover material: aluminum mesh, composed of aluminum wire with a diameter of 0.010 inch (0.25 mm) woven into a mesh with 16–18 grids per inch.
11. Test section: constructed from stainless steel. One side is fitted with 5 mm thick tempered glass to observe test status. In addition, an exhaust fan is installed at the top of the protective compartment, with an external exhaust pipe interface reserved.
12. Test protective compartment volume: 750 × 750 × 1000 mm
