VI. Operational highlights and precautions

6.1 Pre-use preparation

Check that the power line is intact and that grounding is reliable.

Ensure the chamber is clean inside and outside, and that there is no contamination around the heating element.

Check that the seals are intact and that the door can be fully closed.

Place the equipment on a level, well-ventilated surface, away from flammable and explosive materials.

6.2 Standard operating procedures

Turn on the power and switch on the power supply.

Set the operating temperature (the initial temperature should not be too high).

Turn on the drum switch to promote air circulation.

Load the material (spread evenly to avoid excessive thickness accumulation).

Monitor the operating status through the observation window.

After drying is complete, turn off the heating and wait until the temperature drops below 60°C before removing the materials.

6.3 ⚠️ Important safety warnings

Form

Prohibited items  Explanation

Flammable and explosive items must not be placed in the drying chamber for heating to prevent explosion.

Volatile chemicals are strictly prohibited.

Excessive use: It is strictly forbidden to set a temperature higher than the device’s rated maximum temperature.

Unattended operation: Perform regular patrols during operation.

Do not open the door at high temperatures. To the extent possible, avoid opening the door while the chamber temperature is high.

VII. Selection recommendations

Select the temperature range based on the material characteristics: for thermally sensitive materials, choose a low-temperature type (< 100°C); for ordinary materials, select 200°C.

Select the chamber volume based on the load: consider the shape and size of the items and the number of load carriers.

Select the controller according to your precision requirements: display type for general experiments, and intelligent program type for precision experiments.

Select materials based on the operating environment: in corrosive environments, stainless steel casings are recommended.

Spare clearance: maintain at least 30 cm clearance from the wall on the surrounding and rear sides of the chamber.

VIII. Maintenance and servicing

Clean the interior after each use until the chamber is completely cooled.

Regularly check the heating components and the operation of the turbines.

Worn or damaged sealing strips should be replaced in a timely manner.

If the unit will not be used for an extended period, disconnect the power, dry the chamber, and periodically energize the system to dehumidify.
