CCAR25.841 and FAR25.841 require that, when an aircraft is operating at its maximum altitude, the pressure altitude of the cockpit and the luggage compartment must not exceed 2,400 m (8,000 ft). Set value: -26 kPa. When the aircraft needs to fly above 7,600 m (25,000 ft), the cabin pressure altitude must be maintained at no more than 4,500 m (15,000 ft) in the event of pressurization system failure. Set value: -45 kPa. Observe oil leakage from multiple aspects.

This test chamber is designed to meet UL, EN, IEC, and other standard testing requirements. It enables automatic test termination by rapidly changing the air pressure inside the control chamber. It can simulate battery and battery pack storage at a pressure equal to or lower than 11.6 kPa and an ambient temperature of (20 ± 5)°C for 6 hours. If the batteries exhibit no leakage, no venting, no disassembly, no rupture, and no fire, and the open-circuit voltage of each test battery or battery pack after the simulation test is not less than 90% of the voltage before the simulation, the unit is considered qualified.
