PCB Board Rapid Tester

Measured values can be set with upper and lower limits; alarms may be configured for cases outside or within the specified range. A green “Test OK” indicator confirms successful testing, and a pure copper plum-blossom head probe with low resistance and a large contact area is used to prevent poor contact. The measured values can be assigned corresponding upper and lower limits. Alarms can be configured to trigger when readings fall outside the specified range or when they remain within it. A “Test OK” indicator with a green light confirms successful testing. A pure copper plum-blossom head probe is used, providing low resistance and a wide contact area to help prevent poor contact. Equipment operating procedure:

  1. Switch on the device and set the parameters.

  2. Place the PCB into the fixture.

  3. Manually press down the probe.

  4. The device performs automatic testing; an “NG” or “OK” prompt is displayed.

  5. Remove the product and proceed to the next cycle.
