VI. Operational Highlights and Precautions
6.1 Pre-use Preparation
Check that the power line is intact and that grounding is reliable.
Ensure the chamber is clean inside and outside, and that there are no impurities around the heating element.
Check that the seals are intact and that the door can close fully.
Place the equipment on a flat, well-ventilated surface, away from flammable and explosive materials.
6.2 Standard Operating Procedures
Turn on the power, then switch on the power switch.
Set the operating temperature (the initial temperature should not be too high).
Turn on the drum switch to promote air circulation.
Load the material evenly to prevent overly thick accumulation.
Monitor operation through the observation window.
After drying is complete, turn off the heating and wait until the temperature drops below 60°C before removing the contents.
6.3 ⚠️ Important Safety Warnings
form
Prohibited Items / Explanation
Do not place flammable or explosive items in the drying chamber for heating to avoid the risk of explosion.
Volatile chemicals are strictly prohibited.
Do not exceed the rated maximum temperature of the device.
Unattended operation is prohibited. Perform regular inspections during operation.
Do not open the door at high temperatures. Avoid opening the door when the chamber temperature is high.
VII. Selection Recommendations
Select the temperature range according to the material characteristics: for heat-sensitive materials, choose a low-temperature type (<100°C); for general materials, choose 200°C.
Select the chamber volume according to the load: consider the shape and size of the items as well as the number of carrier loads.
Select the controller based on precision requirements: display-type controllers for general experiments; intelligent program controllers for precision experiments.
Select materials based on the operating environment: for corrosive environments, stainless-steel casings are recommended.
Provide spare clearance: leave no less than 30 cm from the wall at the surrounding and rear sides of the chamber.
VIII. Maintenance
Clean the interior after each use until the chamber is completely cooled.
Regularly inspect the heating components and the operation of the turbines.
Replace worn or damaged sealing strips in a timely manner.
If the unit is discontinued for long-term use, disconnect the power, dry the chamber, and periodically turn on the power to dehumidify.
