Equipped with a servo motor and a high-precision torque sensor, it automatically simulates daily opening and closing cycles. During testing, it continuously collects real-time data for torque, angle, and cycle count, records torque attenuation, shaft looseness, abnormal noise, and plastic cracking after long-term cycling, and automatically generates standardized test reports.

Flip angle is adjustable from 5° to 360°. Testing speed ranges from 2 to 20 cycles per minute. Single-station, double-station, and multi-station configurations are available. Adjustable aluminum fixtures accommodate 10–20 inch flip products. The system uses a PLC touch-screen control to ensure stable performance and simple operation, and it is fully aligned with consumer electronics hinge durability testing requirements.
