VI. Operational highlights and precautions

6.1 Pre-use preparation

Check that the power cable is intact and that the grounding is reliable.

Ensure the chamber interior and exterior are clean and that there is no debris or impurities around the heating element.

Check that all seals are intact and that the door can be fully closed.

Place the equipment on a level, well-ventilated surface, away from flammable and explosive materials.

6.2 Standard operating procedures

Turn on the power and switch on the power switch.

Set the operating temperature (the initial temperature should not be too high).

Turn on the drum switch to promote air circulation.

Load the material (spread evenly to prevent over-thick accumulation).

Monitor operating status through the observation window during operation.

When drying is complete, turn off the heating and wait until the temperature drops below 60°C before removing the materials.

6.3 ⚠️Important safety warnings

form

Prohibited items   Explanation

Flammable and explosive items must not be placed in the drying chamber for heating to avoid the risk of explosion.

Volatile chemicals are strictly prohibited from being placed inside.

Excessive use is prohibited. Do not set a temperature higher than the device’s rated maximum temperature.

Unattended operation is prohibited. Regular checks (patrols) should be carried out during operation.

Do not open the door at high temperatures. Avoid opening the door during high-temperature operation.

VII. Selection recommendations

Select the temperature range based on the material characteristics: thermally sensitive materials should use a low-temperature type (< 100°C); for ordinary materials, select a 200°C class.

Select the chamber volume according to the load: consider the shape and size of the items, as well as the number of drum carriers.

Select the controller based on precision requirements: a display-type controller for general experiments; an intelligent program controller for precision experiments.

Select materials based on the operating environment: for corrosive environments, stainless-steel enclosures are recommended.

Allow sufficient clearance for heat dissipation: keep at least 30 cm from the wall on the surrounding sides and the rear of the chamber.

VIII. Maintenance and upkeep

Clean the interior after each use until the chamber is completely cooled.

Regularly inspect the heating components and the turbine operation.

Worn or damaged seal strips should be replaced in a timely manner.

For extended periods of non-use, disconnect power, allow the chamber to dry, and periodically energize the unit to dehumidify.
