Electric Scooter Rain Testing Machine

The IPX1–IPX4 waterproof test box is developed in accordance with GB4208-2008, “Degrees of Protection Provided by Enclosures (IP Code)” / IEC 60529:2001, “Degrees of protection provided by enclosure (IP Code)”, and GB7000.1-2008, “Luminaires Part 1: General Requirements and Tests” / IEC 60598-1:2003, “Luminaires Part 1: General Requirements and Tests”. It is applicable to IPX1–IPX4 waterproof testing of electrical and electronic products and lamps.

1. Stainless steel fine filter for dirt filtration.

2. Use compressed air to dry accumulated water on the needle to prevent reaction with substances in the atmosphere and to help prevent needle blockage.

3. Run the self-cleaning program to remove residual dirt from the needle nozzle.

4. Use a stainless steel universal medical needle tip for easy procurement and improved corrosion resistance.

5. The needle nozzle and needle nozzle seat are connected by a tapered interface, allowing tool-free replacement. Damaged needle nozzles can be removed and replaced easily and quickly.
