The system collects torque, angle, and cycle data in real time, records torque attenuation, shaft looseness, abnormal noise, and plastic cracking after long-term cycling, and generates standardized test reports automatically.

Flip angle is adjustable from 5° to 360°. Testing speed ranges from 2 to 20 cycles per minute. Single-station, double-station, and multi-station configurations are available. Adjustable aluminum fixtures accommodate 10–20 inch flip products.
