Scooter Dynamic Durability Testing Machine

Equipped with a single large drive wheel, this system can perform dynamic testing, long-distance running tests, and static load tests. The 7-inch microcomputer touch-screen controller provides color display and intuitive operation. This unit is used for road durability and fatigue performance testing of scooters and similar vehicles, as well as wheel wear testing for roller skates.

This testing machine is developed in accordance with ASTM F2264-14, EN 13843:2003, EN 13613:2001, and EN 14619. The EN 14619:2004 requirement includes customized testing duration and speed. The equipment is well designed and easy to operate. After the test is completed, all power switches should be turned off to keep the machine and steel balls clean. If necessary, relevant components should be lubricated and maintained on a monthly basis.

6. Equipped with stop/power-off memory and breakpoint shutdown functions. Following a sudden power outage, when the equipment is restarted, it can automatically save data and continue operation using the parameters set before the power outage, without the need for manual re-entry of parameters.

7. Shutdown mode: When the preset number of test cycles is reached, the machine automatically shuts down. An alarm is triggered if the equipment is damaged or excessively deformed.
