VI. Operational Highlights and Precautions

6.1 Pre-use preparation

Check that the power cable is intact and that grounding is reliable.

Ensure the chamber (inside and outside) is clean and free of impurities around the heating element.

Check that seals are intact and that the door can be closed completely.

Place the equipment on a level, well-ventilated surface, away from flammable and explosive materials.

6.2 Standard operating procedures

Turn on the power and switch on the power switch.

Set the operating temperature (the initial temperature should not be set too high).

Turn on the drum switch to promote air circulation.

Load the material evenly to prevent excessive accumulation.

Monitor the process through the observation window during operation.

After drying is complete, switch off the heating and wait until the temperature drops below 60°C before removing the materials.

6.3 ⚠️ Important safety warnings

form

Prohibited Items   Description

Do not place flammable or explosive items in the drying chamber for heating to avoid the risk of explosion.

Volatile chemicals are strictly prohibited.

Do not exceed the rated maximum temperature of the device.

Do not operate unattended; perform regular inspections during operation.

Do not open the door at high temperatures. Avoid opening the door during high-temperature operation.

VII. Selection Recommendations

Select the temperature range based on the material characteristics: thermally sensitive materials should use a low-temperature type (< 100°C); ordinary materials typically use 200°C.

Select the chamber volume according to the load: consider the load carrier shape, size, and quantity.

Select the controller based on precision requirements: display-type controllers are suitable for general experiments; intelligent program controllers are suitable for precision experiments.

Select materials based on the operating environment: for corrosive environments, stainless steel enclosures are recommended.

Provide spare clearance for heat dissipation: keep at least 30 cm of clearance from the wall around and at the rear of the chamber.

VIII. Maintenance and Care

Clean the interior after each use until the chamber is completely cooled.

Regularly inspect the heating components and verify proper operation of the turbines.

Replace aging or damaged sealing strips in a timely manner.

If the equipment will be discontinued for a long period, disconnect the power, dry the chamber, and periodically apply power to dehumidify.
