Salt Spray Test Chamber

The salt spray corrosion testing machine is mainly used for surface treatment of various materials, including coatings, electroplated layers, inorganic and textured films, and anodized finishes. After anti-corrosion treatment with rust-preventive oil, it is used to evaluate the corrosion resistance of the products.

1. Adopts an imported digital controller with a fully digital circuit design, providing accurate temperature control, long service life, and complete testing functions;
2. The display interface is dynamic during operation. A buzzer alarm indicates the working status. The instrument applies ergonomic design, making it easy to operate and more user-friendly;
3. Includes an automatic/manual water replenishment system. It can automatically replenish water when the water level is insufficient, ensuring the test is not interrupted;
4. The temperature controller features a digital display. The PID control error is ±0.1 ℃;
5. Double over-temperature protection, low water level warning, and safe pressure release protection for operation;
6. Uses steam direct heating, enabling fast and uniform heating speed and reducing standby time;
7. The precision glass nozzle provides uniform drop-and-diffusion via the conical disperser of the spray tower. The spray naturally falls onto the test panel. This design ensures no clogging by crystal salt.
