Equipped with a servo motor and a high-precision torque sensor, it automatically simulates daily opening and closing cycles. During testing, it collects torque, angle, and cycle data in real time, records torque attenuation, shaft looseness, abnormal noise, and plastic cracking after long-term cycling, and generates standardized test reports automatically.

It supports an adjustable flip angle from 5° to 360° and a testing speed of 2–20 cycles per minute. Single-, double-, and multi-station configurations are available. Adjustable aluminum fixtures accommodate 10–20 inch flip products. The PLC touch-screen control system provides stable, simple operation and is fully aligned with consumer electronics hinge durability test standards.
