Introduction


The single-wing drop test machine can perform free-fall drop tests on packaging surfaces, corners, and edges. It is equipped with a digital height display instrument and a height tracking decoder to accurately provide the drop height. The drop height accuracy is within no more than 2% or 10 mm of the preset drop height. The machine adopts a single-arm, double-column structure with electric resetting, electric dropping, and electric lifting functions—easy to operate. A unique hydraulic buffering device significantly improves service life, stability, and operational safety. The single-arm setup enables easy placement of specimens, and the angle error between the impact surface and the bottom plate plane is ≤ 5°.
