Product Selling Points

  1. (1) Automatic control of the test process. A 10" touch LCD displays temperature, volume, and curves throughout the entire process.
    (2) Level tracking system comprising an American Haydon high-speed linear motor, an imported integrated linear ball screw circumferential positioning laser tracker (Japan KEYENCE). The cooling tube and cylinder chamber are mechanically refrigerated. Imported Danfoss (Secop) compressor is used for circulation of the cooling medium. Check and add cooling water every 2 years.
    (3) Automatic heating control for distillation. The sample can be heated to 95% of the flow rate from the initial boiling point, controlled within 4–5 ml per minute.
    (4) Provides initial boiling point and final boiling point temperature, as well as various percentage temperature and flow rate values.
    (5) Automatic measurement of local atmospheric pressure and correction to standard atmospheric pressure.
    (6) Automatic test stop when the steam temperature reaches the set value.
    (7) Test results can be stored, retrieved, and printed.

Product Structure

This simulated distillation device comprises an automatic bath/distillation temperature control system, a refrigeration system, an automatic level tracking system, a safety system, and other components. The instrument uses multi-thread operation and control to enable automated operation, control, computation, and display, thereby improving intelligent and automatic measurement. The instrument applies a fuzzy temperature control principle. A Freon compressor is used in the refrigeration equipment for temperature control, enabling precise regulation of the condenser and receiving chamber temperatures. The temperature measurement system adopts high-precision thermal resistance elements for accurate steam temperature measurement. The instrument also uses an imported high-precision level tracking system to precisely measure distillation volume with an accuracy of 0.1 ml.

To facilitate human-machine interaction, the system features a true-color touch screen. Users can set parameters via the touch screen for real-time monitoring of operating parameters, recording of critical temperatures, tracing of temperature–volume curves, storage of 256 test data groups, and retrieval of historical data for various oils.

This instrument complies with GB/T 6536-2010. The user can enable/disable automatic pressure calibration. The system includes a high-accuracy atmospheric pressure measuring device. In addition, the instrument is equipped with temperature and pressure monitoring, auxiliary equipment, a fire extinguisher, and level tracking equipment for automatic monitoring. In the event of a malfunction, the system will automatically prompt for immediate action to prevent accidents.
