PS-C2000A is a new-generation fully automatic, portable insulating oil dielectric loss and resistivity tester designed according to ASTM D924 and GB/5654. With a 7-inch color touch screen, it measures dielectric dissipation factor (dielectric loss) and DC resistivity of insulating oil and other insulating liquids. It is easy to operate and provides reliable, accurate test data. Model No.: PS-C2000A.

1. High automation: heating, dielectric loss measurement, and resistivity measurement can be completed in a single run.
2. Three-electrode design compliant with GB/T5654-2007, with inter-electrode spacing of 2 mm, helps eliminate stray capacitance and leakage effects on dielectric loss test results.
3. The instrument adopts medium-frequency induction heating and a PID temperature control algorithm. This non-contact heating method provides an oil cup and heating body structure, delivers uniform heating speed, enables convenient control, and maintains temperature within the preset error range.

5. An internal standard capacitor for the SF6 charging three-pole capacitor: the capacitor’s dielectric loss and capacitance are not affected by ambient temperature, humidity, etc., ensuring the instrument’s long-term measurement accuracy remains reliable.

7. High-voltage electrode cup short-circuit reminder when the cover is removed to eliminate safety hazards and help ensure safe operation for both personnel and equipment.
   
8. Real-time clock function: the test date and time are saved with the test results for display and printing. The equipment can also display ambient temperature and monitor the test environment in real time.
   
9. Automatic storage of measurement data: up to 100 sets can be stored.
   
10. Empty electrode cup correction: the capacitance and dielectric loss factor of the empty electrode cup are measured to assess the cleaning and assembly condition. Calibration data are saved automatically to facilitate accurate calculation of relative capacitance and DC resistivity.
    
11. Automatic emptying of the electrode cup without disassembly for convenient and quick operation.
