Product Selling Points

  1. 1. High-Performance Industrial Control Computer
A high-performance industrial control computer is used as the controlling unit, enabling direct operation of the Windows operating system. A 6.4" TFT true-color LCD display, tracking ball, and an optimized keyboard are integrated on the front panel, allowing operation without an external mouse and keyboard.
  2. 2. Digital Signal Processor Microcomputer
A high-speed digital control processor is used as the tester’s output core. The software employs 32-bit double-precision arithmetic to generate arbitrarily high-accuracy waveforms for each phase.
  3. 3. D/A Conversion and Low-Pass Filtering
A high-precision D/A converter is used to ensure accurate output and linearity of current and voltage across the entire operating range.
  4. 4. Voltage and Current Amplifier
For phase current and voltage, the system uses high-performance linear amplifier output mode. This allows the current and voltage sources to generate and output a wide range of waveforms—from DC waveforms to waveforms including frequency components such as square waves, composite waveforms overlapped with harmonic orders, fault transient waveforms, and more. The output waveform is clean and smooth, with minimal high-frequency radiation interference to nearby equipment. It can effectively simulate various current and voltage characteristics under short-circuit fault conditions.
  5. 5. Digital Inputs and Outputs
The tester provides 10 channels of digital input and 8 channels of digital output.
  6. 6. Auxiliary DC Power Supply Output for Special Use
An adjustable auxiliary DC power supply circuit is provided on the rear panel. It supports two voltage settings (110V and 220V) and can be used on-site as a test standby power supply.
